Constellio Application Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install Constellio’s Microsoft Teams application (the “App”) and use it with a Constellio web application (“Constellio Instance”).
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The App collects and stores the following information about the user:

- Communication states
- Authentication errors
If applicable, the URL of the Constellio Instance that the App connects to.
If a link is established between the App and a Constellio Instance, any new document or folder is created on the client’s Constellio Instance and not stored in the App.

We use the information that we collect to establish and maintain the communication between the App and the Constellio Instance.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

When you use the App, it stores connection information in order to simplify the use of the App.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
